Effortless and speedy sticky Asian pork mince dish.
Ingredients:
  • 150g dried flat rice noodles
  • 2 bunches Chinese broccoli, trimmed
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 80ml plum sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles in a large saucepan following packet instructions until just tender. Add Chinese broccoli for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain thoroughly before using.
  • In a wok or large frying pan over high heat, heat oil. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, until color changes, about 3-4 mins. Stir in spring onion until well combined. Add plum sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon juice. Stir-fry until mixture thickens and mince is cooked through, about 3-4 mins.
  • Serve the noodle mixture in bowls, then spoon the mince mixture on top. Sprinkle with coriander and chili, if desired.
