Savory mini rolls perfect for any meal, with a sweet Crunchy Almond Butter Topping variation.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar or Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Use a fork to cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly. Add 2/3 cup milk and mix until a dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If needed, add extra milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough is soft and slightly sticky. Beat 25 times.
  • Place rounded tablespoons of dough on a cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Combine dressing and seasoning in a small bowl, brush over rolls, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for around 12 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown. Serve warm.
