Whip up quick and flavorful Asian-inspired stir-fried collard greens for a family-friendly side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch collard greens - rinsed, trimmed, and chopped
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, saute garlic in oil for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add collards and lightly coat with oil. Pour in broth and soy sauce, then cover and steam on low heat until tender, turning occasionally for 7 to 8 minutes. Finish off with a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
