Stir-fried Asian greens

Create a quick and flavorful Asian green stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch choy sum
  • 1 bunch gai lan
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, grated
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 76.25 gm oyster sauce
  • 40.00 ml chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare choy sum and gai lan by separating leaves from the stems. Heat a wok over high heat, then add oil and swirl to coat. Stir in garlic, ginger, and chili and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the stems and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until bright green and tender. Toss in the leaves and sauce, stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted. Serve topped with peanuts.
