Fragrant Chinese dish with wine and ginger, perfect with warm rice.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 inch piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced lean pork
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, sauté fragrant ginger in hot oil. Add pork, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir and cook for 10 minutes, until done.
  • Add the flavorful sesame oil, fresh green onion, and aromatic rice wine. Allow the ingredients to simmer gently until the pork reaches a tender perfection.
