Make a decadent breakfast by rolling strawberries and cream in store-bought crepes - perfect for someone special.
Ingredients:
- 400g crepe
- 330.00 gm strawberry jam
- 300ml double cream
- 250g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Icing sugar mixture, to serve
Instructions:
- Follow the packet directions to heat the crepes. Spread each crepe with 1 1/2 tablespoons of jam on one side. Divide the cream between the crepes and top with strawberries. Fold the crepes to enclose the filling, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
