Decadent chocolate crepes stuffed with fresh strawberries and topped with fluffy whipped cream for a simple yet indulgent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup skim milk
  • 0.33333331346512 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.75 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together egg, milk, water, and oil until well combined. Gradually mix in flour, sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour a ladle of crepe batter in the center of the pan, swirling to cover the bottom. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 to 5 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a small saucepan over gentle heat, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
  • Spread melted chocolate on one side of the crepe, arrange overlapping strawberries in the center, roll it up, and top with whipped topping. Drizzle with more chocolate and repeat with the rest of the crepes.
