Frozen strawberry and honey layered vanilla pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 10 paper cups (3-oz size)
  • 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Foil
  • 10 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
Instructions:
  • Line the rectangular pan with paper cups. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the box using milk. Spoon approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of pudding into each cup.
  • Place fresh, juicy strawberries and a drizzle of golden honey in a powerful blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour this delectable strawberry puree over the creamy pudding, ensuring an equal distribution among the cups. Finally, elegantly spoon approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of the luscious pudding over the vibrant strawberry layer.
  • Wrap each cup with foil, then gently insert a stick through the foil into each pop. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm. When ready to serve, simply remove the pops from the cups.
