Indulgent chilled summer dessert with strawberries, angel food cake, sweetened cream cheese, and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 inch) angel food cake
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar strawberry glaze
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Break or slice the cake into bite-sized pieces and place them elegantly in a 9x13-inch dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Flatten cake to create a base layer, then generously spread cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Mix strawberries and glaze together in a bowl until strawberries are nicely coated.
  • Dollop the mixture evenly over the creamy layer.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
