Delicious strawberry bread perfect for any meal, easy to make and loved by all.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3.125 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1.25 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare two 9x5-inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • Prepare vibrant strawberries by slicing and transferring them into a charming medium-sized bowl. Gently sprinkle with a delightful touch of 1 tablespoon sugar and toss to coat them in sweetness.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, 2 cups of sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda until well combined.
  • Combine oil and eggs with luscious strawberries. Gently incorporate the strawberry mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in pecans and divide the batter into pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Test each loaf separately.
  • After baking, cool the loaves in the pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then, gently remove them from the pans and let them cool completely before slicing.
