Whip up a delicious strawberry cinnamon pecan bread in your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Separate the strawberries and save 1/4 cup of the juice. Combine oil, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, and flour in a large bowl. Gently mix in the pecans, strawberries, and 1/4 cup of reserved juice. Transfer everything to the bread machine pan and start the Quick Bread cycle. Enjoy the easy process of making delicious bread!
  • Once the bread maker pan is removed, allow it to cool completely before taking the bread out of the pan.
