Delicious cinnamon-infused strawberry bread with pecans, perfect any time of the year.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda, sifting them together.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and eggs until fully combined. Gently fold in strawberries and pecans. Gradually incorporate into the flour mixture until just blended. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
