Delicious strawberry cheesecakes in jars topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for kids and easy to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 4 half pint canning jars with lids and rings
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl, then firmly press 1/4 of the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until fluffy.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the jars over the graham cracker crust. Garnish each cheesecake with sliced strawberries. Chill the cheesecakes until ready to serve.
