Quick and elegant deconstructed strawberry cheesecake served in a glass, ready in 20 minutes for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups ready-to-eat cheesecake filling
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 crisp gourmet cookies, crumbled
  • Whipped cream, if desired
  • Additional grated lime peel, if desired
  • Lime slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Combine the cheesecake filling with 1 teaspoon of fresh lime zest, lime juice, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a small bowl.
  • Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly into 6 (6-oz) glasses or ramekins. Sprinkle crumbled cookies on top. Add strawberries, whipped cream, lime peel, and lime slices for a beautiful finishing touch. Enjoy immediately.
