Quick and easy no-bake dessert ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar
  • 150g Brand Frozen Raspberries, partially thawed
  • 425g can Brand Mango Slices in Syrup
  • 4 x 2cm-thick slices Brand Madeira Cake
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside 1/4 cup of raspberries for garnishing. Crush the remaining raspberries lightly in another small bowl with a fork. Gently fold the crushed raspberries into the whipped cream until just mixed.
  • Drain the mango, saving 2 tablespoons of syrup. Plate the cake and generously drizzle with the mango syrup. Add mango slices and raspberry cream on top. Finish by artfully arranging reserved raspberries and a sprinkle of almonds.
