Indulge in a sweet and gooey pull-apart bread featuring the classic combo of strawberries and cream cheese for a fresh twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted, slightly cooled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the dough ingredients in a large bowl until fully mixed. Then, transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip 10 balls of dough in melted butter, then coat with the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture. Arrange the coated balls in a single layer at the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread half of the strawberries evenly over the dough. Dip the remaining balls of dough into butter and coat with brown sugar-cinnamon mixture. Layer them over the strawberries. Top with the remaining strawberries and repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
  • Bake until the top is a beautiful golden brown, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the glaze ingredients until silky and luscious. Adjust the consistency by adding a bit more powdered sugar or milk until you achieve a thick, velvety glaze.
  • Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes. Invert a serving plate over the pan, flip the plate and pan together, then remove the pan. Drizzle warm bread with cream cheese glaze and serve promptly.
