Indulge in a luscious strawberry poke cake with condensed milk, juicy strawberries, and fluffy whipped topping - perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed but not drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine strawberry cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a bowl and use an electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Transfer batter to the baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick comes out clean, about 24 to 27 minutes.
  • Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes. Let the cake cool to room temperature, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle thawed strawberries over cake, allowing the sweet juices to soak into every nook. Top the cake with a generous layer of whipped topping and chill in the refrigerator.
