Strawberry Delight Dessert Pie

Indulgent cream cheese and fresh strawberries nestled between layers of luscious vanilla pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.33300000429153 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3.5 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until fully combined. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan and freeze while preparing the filling.
  • Start by blending cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth in a large bowl. Gently mix in half of the whipped topping. Smooth the filling over the crust, then add a layer of strawberries on top. Follow the instructions on the instant pudding package, but use only 3 1/2 cups of milk. Spread the pudding over the strawberries. Chill for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight.
  • Cover the pudding with the remaining whipped topping just before serving.
