Strawberry Hot Cocoa-on-a-Stick

Valentine's Day delight: Strawberry milk mix with white chocolate chips and chocolate wafers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) white chocolate chips or white vanilla baking chips
  • 2/3 cup 25% less-sugar instant strawberry milk mix
  • 6 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white candy melts
  • Red and pink candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Place white chocolate chips in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on High in 30-second intervals, stirring well each time, until smooth. Add the strawberry milk mix and beat with a hand mixer on low speed until just combined. The mixture will be thick and grainy.
  • Fill the cavities of a silicone mold or small paper cups with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Stand disposable spoons upright in the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator until set, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Microwave white chocolate melting wafers in a small microwavable bowl on High in 30-second intervals, stirring well each time, until smooth. Dip the strawberries into the melted white chocolate, then into sprinkles. Place on parchment paper to set for about 15 minutes.
  • Indulge in 1 strawberry hot cocoa stick by stirring it into 8 oz of steaming hot milk.
