Delicious strawberry muffins packed with juicy berries, perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line 8 standard muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Whisk together milk, oil, and egg until just combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add chopped strawberries and mix until coated. Gently fold in the milk mixture until just combined. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the tops bounce back and a toothpick comes out clean. Let the baked goods cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
