Impress your brunch guests with Pancake Skewers! Stack mini pancakes with strawberries and sausage, then dip in whipped cream for a fun twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 wooden skewers
Instructions:
  • Prepare the griddle or skillet by brushing it with vegetable oil or spraying it with cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat.
  • Blend Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl using a whisk until fully combined.
  • Place tablespoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle, forming silver dollar-size pancakes. Cook until the edges are dry. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown.
  • Skewer pancakes and strawberries, then enjoy dipping into whipped topping.
