Irresistible strawberry pretzel salad: crunchy pretzel crust, creamy filling, fresh strawberries on top. Perfect for sharing!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.75 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O®
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries
Instructions:
  • First, collect all the ingredients needed before heating the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar, stirring until fully mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until just set, then allow it to cool before using.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread the mixture onto the cooled crust.
  • Combine gelatin with boiling water until fully dissolved. Gently fold in frozen strawberries, then let it set briefly. Spread over the cream cheese layer and chill in the refrigerator until firm, for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Garnish your dish and savor every bite!
