Indulgent Strawberry Pretzel Salad: A divine combination of creamy, crunchy, sweet, and salty flavors. Perfect for any occasion, just chill and enjoy this irresistible berry delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (4-serving size each) Jell-O® strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 boxes (16 oz each) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine gelatin with boiling water until dissolved. Mix in fresh strawberries and chill until slightly firm, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine the ingredients for the crust in a medium bowl and press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool on a cooling rack.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip up the smooth Filling ingredients. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate until the gelatin topping in a bowl partially sets.
  • Drizzle the gelatin topping gracefully over the filling. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or until set. Cut into 12 equal pieces and serve.
