Delightful summer berry muffins, perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) while preparing your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  • In a bowl, whisk together oil, milk, and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold in strawberries, blueberries, and jam. Stir in the milk mixture until just combined. Fill muffin cups with batter. Enjoy baking!
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
