Stuffed hard-boiled eggs with creamy mayo, tangy mustard, and savory Parmesan - a guaranteed hit!
Ingredients:
  • 10 eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
Instructions:
  • Add eggs to a large pot filled with cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes with occasional stirring. Use tongs to transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water and peel.
  • Halve the eggs and trim a small piece off the bottoms for stability. Transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and top with a dollop of ketchup. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
