Elevate your Italian dinner with this indulgent stuffed garlic bread, perfect as an appetizer or side for steak.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 12 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine melted butter, fresh parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Make diagonal cuts on the bread without cutting all the way through. Repeat on the opposite diagonal to create cube-shaped sections that are still attached to the bottom crust.
  • Carefully spread the butter mixture between the sections, then stuff the loaf with shredded Italian cheese blend. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then unwrap and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
