User Recipe Description: Homemade spaghetti carbonara made with fresh eggs, crispy pancetta, grated Parmesan cheese, and al dente spaghetti noodles. Rewritten Description: Indulge in a classic homemade spaghetti carbonara featuring crispy pancetta, fresh eggs, Parmesan cheese, and perfectly cooked spaghetti.
Ingredients:
  • 8 medium mushrooms, stems removed and stems diced for filling
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, finely diced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced small
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 125.00 ml tasty cheese, grated
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 125.00 ml pizza cheese or mozzarella, grated
  • Balsamic dressing, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 175C.
  • In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onion, bacon, and mushroom stems in a touch of olive oil until browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the tomato. Fold in cream cheese, grated tasty cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper until well combined. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and arrange in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining pizza cheese before baking.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Place a mushroom in the center of each dinner plate and elegantly drizzle balsamic dressing around it for a beautiful presentation.
