One-bowl sugar cookie bars, frosted and customizable with sprinkles. Easy and delicious treat ready in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups prepared frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a 10x15-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large stand mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar, then mix on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add eggs to the butter mixture one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Mix in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, making sure to blend well before adding more. Spread the dough into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan before serving.
  • Spread the frosting over the top of the bars and cut into portions before serving.
