Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix creates effortless cookie cups filled with creamy topping and chocolate shavings - a delectable one-bite delight!
Ingredients:
  • 3 oz semisweet baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips (12 oz)
  • 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly coat 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat semisweet baking chocolate and shortening on high until smooth and melted. Spread the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet, using a spatula to create a thin layer. Let it sit until hardened.
  • Combine Cookie Cup ingredients in a large bowl until a crumbly dough forms. Shape dough into small balls and place each into a muffin cup.
  • Bake for 10 to 11 minutes until lightly golden and set. Gently press the center of each cookie with the end of a rolling pin or spoon to create a cup shape. Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer the cookie cups to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Create elegant chocolate curls by using a metal spatula to swiftly scrape thin layers of chocolate from a metal cookie sheet.
  • Microwave dark chocolate chips and whipping cream in a small microwave-safe bowl on High until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute the filling into each cookie cup. Gently press chocolate curls into the center of each cookie cup. Allow the filling to cool completely before serving.
