Easy no-roll sugar cookie snowmen - perfect for a fun and kid-friendly baking activity!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 21 pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • Assorted candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Mix cookie mix, flour, melted butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Form the dough into 21 balls each measuring 1 1/4 inches, 1 inch, and 3/4 inch. Arrange 3 balls of decreasing sizes with edges touching on an ungreased cookie sheet to create each snowman; gently flatten the balls. Keep the snowmen about 3 inches apart on the sheet.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Insert pretzel sticks into the sides of the middle balls for arms right after removing from the oven. Let cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 15 minutes before enjoying.
  • Decorate cookies with a delightful layer of frosting and top with colorful candies.
