Irresistibly adorable sugar cookie pie that's almost too cute to slice into!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for drop cookies
  • 1/4 cup green, red and white candy sprinkles
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 1-lb container)
  • 1/3 cup blue M&M's® milk chocolate candies (from 11.4-oz bag)
  • 1 large marshmallow
  • 1 tablespoon white candy sprinkles
  • 2 large black gumdrops
  • 1 large orange gumdrop
  • 10 brown M&M's® milk chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and generously coat the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Combine the cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl, mixing with a spoon until a soft dough forms. Stir in 1/4 cup of green, red, and white candy sprinkles, then press the dough into the bottom of a pie plate.
  • Bake for 33 to 38 minutes until the center is set and the edges are golden brown. If necessary, protect the edges of the cookie with foil to prevent overbrowning. Allow to cool completely for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Cover cookie pie with frosting, spreading it evenly to the edges. Arrange blue candies in a row along the top third of the cookie for the hat. Gently press down on a marshmallow to flatten it, then place it at the top for the pom-pom. Sprinkle the remaining frosting with 1 tablespoon of white candy sprinkles. Add 2 black gumdrops for the eyes, and press 1 orange gumdrop into a point for the nose, placing it in the center. Form a smile under the nose with a half circle of brown candies. When ready to serve, cut the cookie into wedges.
