"Wow your guests with adorable snowman cookies using Betty Crocker® sugar mix and festive fruit snacks!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix, prepared as directed
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 20 oz vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), melted
  • 10 Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies
  • 10 round chewy caramels in milk chocolate, unwrapped
  • 10 snowflake candies
  • 20 candy eyes
  • 10 pieces candy corn, tips only
  • 30 miniature candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 10 thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • Edible black marker
  • 2 rolls Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups® chewy fruit snack
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Follow package instructions to make and bake cookie mix. Cool completely. Crumble cookies into a large bowl and mix in toffee bits, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until combined. Shape mixture into 10 balls (1 1/2-inch) and 10 balls (1-inch) using wet hands to make them smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Dip each cookie ball into melted candy using a fork, allow excess to drip off, and then place back on the cookie sheet to set.
  • To assemble each snowman, start by stacking two cookie balls using candy coating to secure them. Separate sandwich cookies and place one cookie half (creme side down) on top of the cookie balls for the hat. Add chewy caramel and a snowflake on top, securing with more candy coating. Attach candy eyes, a candy corn tip for the nose, chocolate candies for buttons, and pretzels for arms. Use an edible marker to draw the mouth. Finally, cut fruit snacks into 1/2-inch strips and wrap around the neck for a scarf.
