Easy Snowman Cookies

Easy holiday sugar cookies topped with candies to make cute snowmen faces without rolling out dough. Festive and fun!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • Red string licorice
  • Assorted candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix together the cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Using a rounded tablespoon, drop the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until edges turn light golden brown. Let them cool for 1 minute, then transfer from baking sheets to cooling racks. Allow to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
  • Decorate 1 cookie at a time: Spread frosting on the cookie and place licorice for earmuffs and candies for the ear covers and snowman face.
