Easy and indulgent chocolate bark, perfect for gifting.
Ingredients:
  • 130.00 gm cocoa butter
  • 105.00 gm virgin coconut oil
  • 125.00 ml cacao powder
  • 62.50 gm Monkfruit Classic Sweetener (ground to a powder)
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all the chocolate ingredients in a small pot and melt them over low heat until smooth.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and continue stirring until it begins to cool.
  • Once the chocolate begins to thicken as it cools, spread it over a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper and sprinkle the inclusions evenly on top.
  • Chill in the freezer until firm, then break into pieces.
