Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm oil. Cook sugar snap peas, green onion, and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in fresh mint leaves.
