Try a vibrant summer fruit punch with fresh berries and peaches for a refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, washed, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 150g punnet blueberries
  • 1 x 120g punnet raspberries
  • 1 just-ripe slipstone peach, halved, stone removed, cut into thin wedges
  • 125.00 ml loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) peach schnapps
  • 1 x 750ml bottle pink sparkling wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • Combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peach, mint, and schnapps in a spacious glass jug. Seal with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for an hour to enhance the flavors.
  • Pour in the bubbly sparkling wine and elegantly present the dish.
