Elevate fruit salad with raspberry liqueur for a flavorful twist on nectarines, cherries, and strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 cup raspberry-flavored liqueur (such as Chambord®)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups diced nectarines
  • 1 cup pitted and halved sweet cherries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.33333334326744 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry-flavored liqueur (such as Chambord®)
  • 3 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Combine water, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 cup raspberry-flavored liqueur, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low, stirring often, until sugar fully dissolves, approximately 8 minutes. Let it cool before use.
  • Combine nectarines, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in a large bowl. Drizzle the cooled sugar mixture over the fruit and toss gently to evenly coat.
  • Using an electric hand mixer, whip heavy cream and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in 1 teaspoon of raspberry-flavored liqueur. Serve over fruit salad and sprinkle with almonds.
