Whip up a quick and easy creamy fruit salad perfect for summer gatherings, using a mix of canned, fresh, and dried fruits blended with cream cheese and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large Jonagold apple, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping and mix on high speed until well combined. Gently fold in pineapple, fruit cocktail, bananas, apple, coconut, pecans, raisins, and cherries. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
