Summer fruits with ginger fruche

Ingredients:
  • 2 200g cartons French vanilla fruche
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 mango, peeled, sliced
  • 250g (1 punnet) medium strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 2 oranges, juiced
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix the fruche and ginger until thoroughly combined. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, strawberries, passionfruit pulp, and orange juice. Spoon the fruche mixture into serving bowls or glasses, and top with the fruit.
