Cedar plank-grilled salmon for rich, smoky flavor - soaking cedar planks overnight elevates taste.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (12 inch) untreated cedar planks
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) salmon fillet, with skin
  • 2 cups chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup sun-dried tomato and oregano salad dressing
  • 0.75 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Submerge the cedar planks in water for a few hours or overnight until fully saturated.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill until it's nice and hot. Brush the planks with some flavorful olive oil.
  • Divide the salmon fillet into three pieces. Coat with olive oil and generously sprinkle parsley and sun-dried tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of salad dressing.
  • Preheat the grill and place the planks on it for 5 minutes. Place the salmon fillets on the hot planks, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish easily flakes with a fork. Quickly remove from the grill to prevent overcooking. Serve the salmon piping hot.
