Indulge in these delicious nutty drop cookies made with Betty Crocker® cookie mix for a unique and effortless treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 5 drops yellow food color, if desired
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower nuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine butter, eggs, and food color in a medium bowl. Mix in the cookie mix until a soft dough forms, then fold in the remaining ingredients.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each. Bake until light golden brown, for about 9 to 11 minutes. Let them cool for 1 to 2 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
