Spicy fried pickles for pickle enthusiasts – irresistibly easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups peanut oil for frying, or as needed
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar dill pickle slices, drained
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions:
  • Warm the oil in a large, sturdy skillet over medium heat.
  • Dry the pickle slices with paper towels. Combine bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Dip pickle slices in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Deep fry the pickles in sizzling hot oil until they are perfectly golden on both sides, flipping once. Drain on paper towels and enjoy them hot with a side of creamy Ranch dressing.
