Whip up a delicious Thai salad quickly by using pre-sliced roast beef.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cos lettuce, washed and chopped into pieces
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, finely sliced into rounds
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g pkt DON Crafted Cuts Grass Fed Roast Beef
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, for serving
  • ¼ cup thai basil leaves, for serving
  • ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 9.20 gm canola or peanut oil
  • 6.10 gm fish sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Arrange a bed of fresh lettuce on a stylish serving platter, then artfully scatter crisp cucumber slices, vibrant onion slices, and juicy tomato slices over the top.
  • Cut the beef slices diagonally and elegantly arrange them on top of the salad.
  • Combine the sweet chili sauce, oil, fish sauce, and rice wine vinegar, then drizzle the mixture over the salad. Garnish with fresh mint and basil leaves.
