Whip up a airy herb bread easily in a machine, free of eggs, milk, and butter.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F (43 degrees C))
  • 2.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons crushed dried rosemary
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Begin by pouring water into the pan of a bread machine and lightly sprinkle in the yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to rest until a velvety foam covers the surface, approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle in salt, followed by adding in olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, rosemary, and flour. Set the machine to the light crust setting and start it up.
