"Juicy oven-roasted chicken infused with smoky liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and aromatic herbs for that grilled flavor with minimal effort."
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 6 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hickory-flavored liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In the baking dish, lay the chicken pieces skin-side up with some space in between. Pour Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke over the chicken, then season generously with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil before baking.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature near the bone is 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
