Super simple sticky balsamic orange chicken drumsticks

Easy balsamic-honey-orange drumsticks.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 108.90 gm orange marmalade
  • 86.63 gm orange juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • Small fresh oregano leaves, to garnish
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Coles Bakery Pane Di Casa Bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix together vinegar, marmalade, orange juice, garlic, honey, and oil. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and coat well. Refrigerate for 2 hours, if possible.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces on the baking tray. Bake for 50 minutes, rotating the chicken every 10 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Season the chicken generously with fragrant oregano. Plate it with crisp salad leaves and warm bread.
