Cheesy Swiss chicken with mushroom sauce and savory stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ounces dry bread stuffing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces or leave them whole if you prefer. Arrange the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan, then layer cheese slices over the chicken. Spread the mushroom soup over everything in the pan.
  • Prepare the stuffing as directed on the package and generously layer it over the chicken.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, uncovered.
