Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cherry Frosting
  • 1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with foil and spraying the foil with cooking spray. In a large microwavable bowl, melt the baking chips in the microwave on High for 1 to 1.5 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  • Mix the frosting into the melted chips, then gently incorporate the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a pan and spread it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or until firm.
  • Wrap the fudge with foil, lift it out of the pan, and then gently remove the foil. Cut the fudge into 36 squares and store in an airtight container.
