Impress guests with this versatile side dish, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 200g piece low-fat feta
  • 3 medium Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthways, thickly sliced
  • 4 medium roma tomatoes, halved, cut into wedges
  • 160g olive
  • 1 medium red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 2.50 gm caster sugar
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
Instructions:
  • Cube the feta and combine it in a large bowl with cucumber, tomato, olives, and onion.
  • Prepare the dressing by combining oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and oregano in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid tightly and shake until well combined.
  • Drizzle salad with dressing and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss until well mixed. Serve and enjoy.
