Make sausage kebabs and grill them for a delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 6 higher-welfare pork and leek sausages
  • 1 small bunch fresh rosemary leaves removed apart from the end few
  • 1 small bunch fresh thyme leaves picked
  • 1 good lug olive oil
  • ½ cucumber
  • 150 ml low-fat natural yoghurt
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice of
Instructions:
  • - Preheat a barbecue or griddle pan. - Peel the skins off the pork and leek sausages by slitting lengthways and peeling off. - Wrap each sausage around a stick of rosemary, firmly pressing down - aim for slight finger marks. - In a pestle and mortar, lightly pound a handful of fresh thyme leaves with olive oil. - Coat the sausages with the thyme and oil mixture, then cook on the barbecue or griddle pan for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through. - Grate cucumber into a bowl, mix in yogurt, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. - Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the cooked kebabs and savor the flavor!
